Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete, our expert coaches guide you with proper technique, customized scaling, and encouragement every step of the way.

Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic Lifting program focuses on developing strength, speed, power, and precision through the snatch and clean & jerk. Athletes work on technique, strength building, mobility, and confidence under the bar with hands-on coaching and structured progressions.

HYROX

HYROX is the ultimate fitness race training program designed to build power, stamina, and grit. Classes combine running intervals with functional movements like sled pushes, lunges, wall balls, rowing, skiing, and more. Whether you’re training for an upcoming HYROX event or just love pushing limits, this program delivers an incredible full-body challenge.

Great for: endurance athletes, competitive fitness lovers, mental toughness, race prep
You’ll experience: interval conditioning, structured race-style training, high output workouts

Flex Access

Flex Access gives you the freedom to train on your schedule—while still benefiting from the programming and environment of our gym. Perfect for athletes with variable schedules, competitors needing extra training time, or anyone who prefers independent workouts with occasional coaching support.
